Welcome to the theory of everything! Below are the top 3 theories about the universe!
The theory of everything: Part 1 – Infinite Universe Theory
Now this theory states that the universe is infinite, pretty simple huh? well if this is true, then there are an infinite number of chances for everything to happen. So what does that mean? Well, that means that the atoms that make-up you and this planet, will eventually rearrange themselves again. This means you will be born again. Some of you will be saying well that means I will have to wait forever as it would take a bazillion years?! Well that’s true, it would take an awfully long time, but due to you not being conscious once dead, you would not even notice time passing you by, it would be like dying and waking up instantaneously, except you would be a baby! (obviously with no recollection of your previous life)
The theory of everything: Part 2 – The Ekpyrotic Theory
Now, remember how the big bang theory states that the universe expanded from the singularity? well prepared to be bamboozled (yes I just made a friends reference blah blah blah) Well the Ekpyrotic theory suggests there were to universes created, and each universe keeps colliding into the other, and this is what is causing the accelerating expansion of our universe, because with every collision comes a bigger one, expanding our universe faster and faster. Obviously, this would mean there is another universe right beside us in another dimension, but hey its a reasonable theory!
The theory of everything: Part 3 – Simulation theory
Welcome to the last theory, the simulation theory. Now this theory suggests that the entire universe is merely a computer simulation. Scary huh? So is this possible? well if you look at the simulations humans can produce already, and the exponential rate technology is advancing, it seems pretty likely. Imagine in 1 million years the simulations we will be able to produce. There are already AI’s that can detect human personality!
The most interesting part is once we create such a complex simulation of our own to mimic our universe, that simulation may create another. Imagine an infinite loop of universe simulations creating more. This also would back up the infinite universe theory, pretty interesting right?
The theory of everything: Conclusion
So to conclude about the theory of everything, we do not know much about the universe, we basically know around 0.000000001% of what is left to learn, so the truth is anything is possible, but according to Occam’s razor, the most likely events will probably happen, so one of these theories have to be true, and its most likely the big bang theory, due to it is the most simple out of all the known theories, but hey that may change! nothing is definite.
